Table plans for up to 50 guests are A2 (42 x 59cm), and table plans with more than 50 guests are A1 (59 x 84cm). You can choose to have your plan made in portrait or landscape orientation, with rectangular or circular tables.
We have a range of around 30 card colours for the layers, so there's sure to be something to suit your theme.
Add paper roses (in a small range of colours including ivory, pink, red, burgundy, lavender, lemon, orange and blue) or glittery butterflies (in silver, burgundy, purple, pink or gold) and ribbon in a colour of your choice. We'll add 4mm swarovski crystals to your plan to add a bit of sparkle... the crystals really add the perfect finishing touch to a table plan.
Tables are handwritten onto high quality card, which is cut and adhered to artist's mountboard in layers. The entire board is then affixed to a sheet of lightweight 5mm foam board, which we use to keep your plan straight and stiff so you can stand it on your venue's easel or even propped on a table.
Ordering is nice and easy. Email us with your wedding date and number of guests (approximate numbers are fine). Let us know the colours you'd like for your layered table plan.
We'll email you back with a provisional work date for your order, and ask for a deposit so we can book you in. Please note the deposit is non-refundable. Then, a week or so before our work date, we'll need your final guest list and the rest of your payment. We'll make up your table plan and it will be in the post within a week!
Remember we also supply handwritten table names and numbers, and place cards with calligraphy to co-ordinate your reception stationery.
